Program Overview

Click on the Zoom Webinar and SpatialChat links in the tables below to access the conference events synchronously. Conference events are labeled by day (Su: Sunday, Mo: Monday, Tu: Tuesday), time of the day (A: morning, B: early afternoon, C: mid afternoon, D: late afternoon), and track (T1: track 1, T2: track 2, T3: track 3, T4: CME track). In order to join a webinar, you will need to submit a Virtual Event Registration Form and enter the password provided with the registration. CME attendees are required to register through the PaperPlaza registration portal. More details about the registration process can be found on the registration page. The program is also available in PaperPlaza.
 

Virtual program

The BioRob2020 virtual program is now available to all registered users. Click on the link below to access all conference proceedings, teaser videos, workshop abstracts, and much more. To access the virtual program, you will need to use the password provided after submitting the Virtual Event Registration Form (copy the password to both the Username and Password fields). This password will also be emailed to every registered attendee in advance of the conference.

Conference Logistics

A Slack workspace will be accessible during the conference days. The purpose of the Slack workspace is to provide an additional mechanism to foster discussion of contributions. An accompanying Slack channel has been created for each poster room, as well as a channel for each oral presentation track/day. Attendees can use these channels to post discussions, comments, questions, fun facts, or other contributions. When posting to Slack, attendees will be able to tag specific people by using the “@” character, followed by their name. Additionally, there is a Slack channel for conference help, which will be moderated by the organizers.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If a Zoom webinar reaches full capacity, attendees who cannot join through Zoom will be able to connect to the event using YouTube Live. In that case, YouTube links will be made available on the #announcements channel in Slack.
