Registrations for the virtual conference are now open using the link below, and will remain open until December 1, 2020. After submitting the form, registered attendees will receive login information to join the conference events for which they have registered. Links to each event (Zoom webinar, SpatialChat room) can be found in the Program Overview page. The detailed conference program is available in PaperPlaza.

Recorded keynotes and oral presentations will also be accessible asynchronously during and after the conference (links to be posted in the conference website). Prerecorded videos summarizing each paper will be accessible through PaperPlaza starting by early November (details to be released soon).
Refunds
Authors of accepted papers will be returned a fraction of the original registration fee in excess of the paper handling costs. The exact amount to be returned will be determined by the organizing committee soon after the conference, and reimbursements to the authors’ credit cards will be processed automatically.
CME Registration and CME Fees
Attendees who wish to receive a CME certificate from our accredited CME provider will need to register through PaperPlaza by November 29th, 2020, using the link below.

There is an associated CME fee of $100 which will be processed through PaperPlaza. We can only accept credit card payments.
