Registration and cancellation policy
Presenters must register for the full conference before they submit their final papers. Papers should be maximum of six pages in length, with up to two extra pages at the cost of $185 per extra page. Late-breaking abstracts are limited to one page.
- Student registration – 1 submission allowed (paper or late-breaking abstract)
- Regular registration – 2 submissions allowed (combined papers and late-breaking abstracts)
Any additional paper submission is subjected to the payment of an extra fee ($400 for regular papers, $300 for late-breaking abstracts).
At this time, the BioRob2020 organizing committee has made the decision to hold the conference between Nov 29-Dec 2, 2020 in New York City. The registrants will have the option of joining the conference virtually if they choose to. However, the committee is also closely monitoring the recommendations of CDC and the State of New York. In case the situation demands that we can not hold the conference physically, the final uploaded papers will be published by the IEEE in a conference proceeding and part of the fees will be returned to the registrants (details will be posted in this webpage).
The determination as to whether the conference will be held in person will be made before August 15, 2020. BioRob 2020 will not refund conference fees in case of cancellations due to VISA issues or special circumstances.
By providing their IEEE membership number, registered delegates allow PaperPlaza to check their membership status with IEEE. Failing to confirm membership status will result in a non-member fee without refund of previously paid fees.
